Egyptian Theatre

The Egyptian Theatre located in downtown DeKalb is amongst the last remaining Egyptian theatres in the entire country. The theatre itself, founded in 1929, has undergone many changes and renovations over the years but has never lost touch with its original spirit. The theatre still hosts live performances but has added modern motion pictures and conventions to its ever-expanding repertoire. This picturesque theatre, with seating for 1400, is a beautiful location from which to embark upon a new adventure. With over 100 events per year there is bound to be one just around the corner so please join us.
