Maple Park Fun Fest Weekend

This weekend is the annual Maple Park Fun Fest. Come to Maple Park for three days of fun this Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Saturday kicks off with the Romp in the Park 5K Run/Walk at 7am and Men’s Slo-Pitch Softball at 8am. The Crafters and Vendors open at 10am and go until 6pm. The food and beer garden open at 11am. The annual Fun Fest bike and wagon parade starts at 12:30 Saturday on Main Street. There will be horse-drawn wagon rides from 1-4pm.

The truely unique 7th Annual Toilet Bowl Challenge will happen on Main Street at 1pm and is always fun to watch. From 2-5pm Saturday will be the Firefighter Experience at the firehouse. The Maple Park Idol Competition will be held starting at 1:45 on the main stage Saturday. Also on the stage Saturday is Hillbilly Rockstarz at 5pm and Red Woody at 9pm. Read More...

Maple Park Fun Fest this weekend

This Friday thru Monday, September 3rd to 6th, is the annual Maple Park Fun Fest in downtown Maple Park.  It’s a Labor Day weekend full of family activities, food, a parade, the Maple Park romp, excellent fireworks and much more! Hours are 4pm to 9pm Sept. 3; 7am to 9pm Sept. 4; 7am to 8:30pm Sept. 5; and 7am to noon Sept. 6.

Activities include food and beer gardens, live music, crafters and vendors, car show, motorcycle show, softball tournament and more. Romp in the Park, a 5K Run and 2 Mile Walk / Run begins at 7am on Saturday. The unique annual Toilet Bowl Challenge on Main Street starts at 1pm on Saturday and is tons of fun to watch. Maple Park Fun Fest Parade will begin at 6pm on Saturday, followed by local favorite, Hi Infidelity at 9pm. Read More...
