Save the date for Kishwaukee United Way’s Taste of the Vine! The annual wine tasting & silent auction event will be held this coming Thursday, November 10th, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Sycamore’s St. Mary’s Memorial Hall. Join them for an evening of good wine, great food, cool tunes and an amazing auction to raise funds benefiting social service agencies in DeKalb County. Black Tie Trio will be providing entertainment.

Taste of the Vine is set in a relaxed atmosphere where guests can bid on beautiful gifts, enjoy delectable food & drinks and have the ability to order holiday wine to have at home in time for upcoming seasonal get-togethers. Proceeds from the event will benefit Kishwaukee United Way’s 30 agencies serving DeKalb County residents. Kishwaukee United Way’s Taste of the Vine tickets are available now by calling 815-756-7522.

This Thursday, November 18th is the United Way’s annual Taste of the Vine Wine Tasting and Silent Auction fundraiser. Enjoy a night of wine tasting, appetizers and a fantastic silent auction to raise funds benefiting 30 local social service agencies in DeKalb County. Black Tie Trio will be providing entertainment.

Kishwaukee United Way is working in our community to improve people’s lives by sharing community resources. They do so by giving to programs serving a range of clients from early childhood to the elderly– by are spreading the word and advocating for causes that will make lives better in our community and our state — and by encouraging citizens to to give of themselves by volunteering in their neighborhoods.

Tickets are $25 prior to the event or $30 at the door. The Taste of the Vine will be held at the St. Mary’s Memorial Hall, 322 Waterman St., in Sycamore. For more information please visit their website.
