Lynn, the reservation form didn’t work for me either. So I sent the Chamber this inquiry: Is there a cost to attend this meeting? Is the majority of a quorum of city elected leaders expected to be in attendance?
UPDATE
To which Matt Duffy promptly responded:
Mac,
There is a cost to attend which includes a full buffet breakfast for $15 for DeKalb Chamber members and $25 for non-members. We do not have a full quorum of city elected leaders signed up to attend this event. The presentation will be done by the mayor, city manager and police chief.
Thanks,
Matt

Online registration is not working for me. But, what I really want to know is whether the event costs anything. Can members of the public just show up to hear them share city business, or are they going to continue the tradition of violating the spirit of the Open Meetings Act?
