 Blood Pressure Clinic

A KishHealth System health professional monitors your blood pressure weekly. Each participant receives blood pressure information and a tracking card. Free. No appointment necessary. Live Healthy Team Challenge

Need some motivation to get healthy? Being part of a team can help you reach your weight and fitness goals through support, accountability and education. Kishwaukee Hospital and the Kishwaukee Family YMCA present this 8 week comprehensive health challenge where teams compete to lose weight and reach their health and fitness goals. Yoga

Increase your energy, feel happier, and more peaceful. Yoga brings the mind and body together using breathing to improve stress management and reduce anxiety. It helps improve flexibility and relaxation. Yoga is perfect for all ages and ability levels. Senior Yoga

Yoga helps maintain health and fitness as we age. A regular schedule of exercise allows us to maintain strong and healthy bodies. Yoga improves posture, range of motion, joint mobility, and flexibility. Join us to learn simple, functional, and repetitive moves that can be done sitting in a chair or wheelchair, or standing using the back of a chair for balance and support. CPR Healthcare Provider

This course is intended for participants who provider healthcare to patients in a wide variety of situations, including in an out-of-hospital settings. These healthcare providers may include (but are not limited to) nurses, paramedics, EMTs, respiratory therapists, CNAs, and other allied health personnel. A course completion card will be issued upon successful completion of the course. Fit & Fun Senior Workout

This program is designed for older individuals and will help you reach your maximum physical potential through stretching, balance, light cardiovascular, light hand weights, exercise bands, and core strengthening. This group is open to anyone (patients, caregivers and community members) impacted by cancer. This weekly group provides an opportunity to learn more about cancer from fellow patients, caregivers, and trained staff in safe and encouraging environment. New Baby Care

A class for parents, grandparents, and other caregivers to learn the basics of newborn care.
