Nature Trail Partial Closure, March 25 – April 4

The DeKalb Park District is letting the public know that MJ Electric will be lowering transmission lines on 4 towers along the DeKalb Nature Trail at the end of this month. The trail will be closed from 1st Street to Green Acres Drive from Friday March 25, 2016 through April 4, 2016. A wooden plank road will be laid out on the pathway in order to negate damage to the pathway while the work is being done. No tree trimming or removals will take place with this job.
