The 8th Annual New Teachers Welcome Event, presented by the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce will be this coming Wednesday, August 16th from 11:30am until 1:00pm at the DeKalb High School cafeteria. This event provides a chance to welcome the new teachers and administrators to the District. There will also be a State of the School District presentation that will give an overview of the past year and a look ahead at the coming school year.
The cost to attend is $25 for Chamber members and $35 for future members. The DeKalb High School is located at 501 W. Dresser Rd. in DeKalb.
