Waste Management refuse collection will be delayed one day during the weeks of
Christmas and New Year’s Day. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday collections will be
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday both weeks.
Waste Management will collect Christmas trees for recycling on your regular collection
day for the first two weeks of January. Christmas trees must have all decorations
removed. Christmas trees in plastic bags will not be collected.
Landscape waste containers will be available for Christmas tree disposal Wednesday,
December 27, through Friday, January 12 at the following locations:
- The southeast corner of North Seventh & Oak Streets
- Fire Station #2 at 1154 S. Seventh Street
- City Garden Plots by Fire Station #3 – 950 West Dresser Road
