Lap Swim *NEW*
This program welcomes anyone who is interested in swimming laps. It is recommended to swimmers who are comfortable swimming the length of the pool, including the 10 foot deep end. It’s a great opportunity to keep get in shape by low/impact and joint friendly exercise.
