Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists is offering a new and unique Gentle Yoga Class. This is a beginner yoga class led by Northern Rehab’s 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Jenna Bacchi, with the goal focusing on improving flexibility, range of motion, balance, stress reduction and relaxation.
Class size will be small and personal, decreasing the intimidation of joining a larger group class. Participants can expect to have an interactive, fun and relaxing yoga experience. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat.
Gentle Yoga meets on Fridays from 12:00 noon – 12:45 pm at the DeKalb Main office located at 3266 Sycamore Road in DeKalb. Gentle Yoga begins on Friday, January 12, 2018. The cost is $12.00 per class; a Class Pass is available to purchase 5 classes at once for a discounted rate of $50.00. Class size is very limited and reservations are required.
