On Monday, April 16, 2018, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the City of DeKalb will host the
third of several Community Meetings on the Annie Glidden North (AGN) Revitalization
Plan. The meeting, which will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church at 830 North
Annie Glidden Road, is open to the public. Families with children are welcome and a
Spanish translator will be available upon request.
On August 14, 2017, the City Council approved an agreement for a revitalization plan for
the AGN neighborhood located in the northwest corner of DeKalb. The purpose of the
plan is to identify ways to make the AGN neighborhoods a more desirable, walkable, safe,

Plan Concepts and the results of AGN Task Force subcommittee meetings organized
around four topic areas: Community Services, Housing and Commercial Development,
Neighborhood Safety and Security, and Transportation, Infrastructure and Open Space.
