On Friday, December 21, the City received a high volume of calls from customers who were
having trouble accessing their online utility payment account. Customers may receive a
message indicating their password is no longer valid. The City is working with our online
payment portal vendor to find a resolution to the issue. In the meantime, customers are directed to follow the first-time user instructions on our website in order to successfully log in to the online payment portal.
As we work through this issue, customers should know that late fees will not be applied to
accounts until the City is certain this issue has been resolved. Please note that City Hall is
closed on December 24 and 25, and offices will open for normal business hours on December 26.
