City Attorney responds to State’s Attorney on DeKalb City Clerk matter


John F Donahue with Rosenthal, Murphey, Coblentz & Donahue wrote the following letter to DeKalb County State’s Attorney Rick Amato on behalf of his client, the City of DeKalb. The City maintains it did not violate the Open Meetings Act and can legally change the Office of the City Clerk without referendum.
