Yamber Properties is owned and managed by Kathy Yamber. My father started in the property business in 1960 and I took over four years ago. I am a hands on manager with my properties and my residents satisfaction is my # 1 goal. My properties are pet friendly and I offer $100 off my residents next month rent with the referral of a new resident that has been approved for move in. All my properties are well maintained and updated on a routine basis and I personally know all of my residents.
